Product Manager

TraceLink is seeking a full-time, experienced Product Manager to focus on expanding our cloud-based Compliance suite of applications. You will work on solutions specific to the European Union, Russia, China, Korea, India, and Brazil.  Product Managers are responsible for working with cross-functional teams and customers, managing products from cradle to grave, justifying new product development investments, determining and documenting new product requirements, and facilitating product rollout. Responsibilities: Serve as the voice of the customer for the product Create and document product requirements and use cases Define and specify product features and functions, and work closely with User Experience team on product UI design mockups Maintain the product roadmap for the Compliance suite of applications Stay on top of changing regulations and their impact to the Compliance applications Present product ideas and user interface designs to customers to garner feedback Conduct design reviews of use cases and user interface designs with Development, QA, Professional Services and otherinternal stakeholders Author and prioritize user stories for product features and functions Participate in scheduling, coordinating and planning product development releases with Development and QA Work closely with Development and QA to resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle Participate in bug triage and prioritization Review and accept user stories upon completion of development and testing Manage/coordinate the release process Provide regular status updates on the Product Release efforts Serve as product expert; provide secondary support to Sales and Professional Services Work with Marketing to contribute to creation of marketing materials and messaging Provide demos, presentations, support analyst briefings Perform competitive analyses Up to 10% travelrequired   Skills and Requirements: Technical degree (engineering and/or computer science) 3+ years of experience as a product manager or business analyst Software company experience where SaaS and/or cloud deployment environments are used Knowledge of SOAP and REST web service APIs and their application Desirable areas: Basic ERP (SAP, Oracle) - packaging line, warehouse management, manufacturing line Supply Chain knowledge - Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing (CMO/CPO), Wholesaler/Distributor, 3PL (3rdParty Logistic), Pharmaceutical Dispensers (retail/hospital) Serialization knowledge (ideally for pharmaceutical industry), EPCIS GS1 serialization and track and trace standards Past work experience in a GxP environment Knowledge of GOOD manufacturing practices (validated systems) Job ID 2018-1324

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
