Product Manager Device Interface

Position Objective: Map and drive the best product and market strategy that establishes Teradyne as the clear market leader (share and profit). Ensure a compelling value proposition of our product and services, establish marketing plans to drive profitable growth, be the "go to" person for sales and product support. Product Management: Provide clear definition of a 'value proposition' and key product attributes. Develop hard proofs that demonstrate the value proposition and product attributes (prototypes, lead customers, success stories). Develop and maintain Sales collateral covering Level 1 to Level 3 detail. Together with the Chief Technologist and Design Manager, establish and drive a product and service roadmap. Establish a focused marketing tool set (customer database, competitive intelligence, win-loss reporting etc.). Responsible for product pricing, pricing strategies and guidelines (ensuring competitiveness and profitability. Collect and synthesize customer feedback using internal and external sources. Identify and support major sales initiatives. Market Management: Establish and execute a marketing plan (product portfolio and differentiation, target market and segmentation, sales initiatives). Deep and proactive understanding of customer needs; establish relationships with key customers. Develop a clear and prioritized market segmentation and penetration plan linked to the product and services roadmap. Develop segment and customer attractiveness analysis that prioritizes opportunities that maximize topline, bottom line, and result in the best ROI. Develop competitive analysis that defines the winning market position for Teradyne. Coordinate promotion events: conferences, events, and key customer tech exchanges. Business management: Develop and manage projects that realize the business goals. Develop and maintain the marketing portion of the mid-range business plan (3-5 year mid term plan). Quarterly business review demonstrating execution results of the market and customer strategy. Key customer account management planning - participate in setting goals and customer strategy. Support the General Manager in M&A strategy analysis. Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required 5 or more years market (ATE) and domain (PCB & tester hw interface) knowledge;  ATE applications knowledge will be helpful Experience / ability to grow and manage a product / service line Solid business management sense and passion to win. Strong financial analysis skills: P&L, balance sheet, company financial filings Ability to work across organizational boundaries, 'making things happen' Ability to operate and lead in a matrix organization Positive, can-do attitude, team player International experience, - Possess strong integration skills that crosses different countries and cultures; willingness to travel (approx. 30%) Three year plus experience in marketing roles for technical products (want) BSEE/MSEE, MBA preferred  14319BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
