Manager, Product Management - Platform

The Opportunity: TraceLink is seeking a full-time, experienced Manager of Product Management who will drive the vision, product roadmap and execution of TraceLink's cloud-based Platform. You will lead a team of Platform Product Managers to define TraceLink's Platform, Application Development Environment, and Application Services against our plan in collaboration with Architects, Development, Quality Engineering, User Experience, and Documentation peers; making tradeoffs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensure frequent and clear communication internally and with customers. TraceLink is seeking an experienced professional with a solid techincal background and a track record of defining platform level capabilities, who is looking for a fast-paced opportunity with a rapidly growing cloud company. This postiion reports to the Director, Platform and Analytics Product Management. Responsibilities: Drive and build consensus for the product strategy and roadmap with cross-functional peers and Business Management Lead discussions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, including presentation of proposals, recommendations, product plans, and business cases Lead and guide the development of a team of Product Managers, and help them do their best work Work collaboratively with Solution Marketing, Professional Services, Business Management and Solutions Consulting to assist with the go-to-market for the Platform Champion a customer-centric approach to building a Platform and Development Environment that takes into consideration both internal and external customers Engage with customers, development partners, professional services, and TraceLink engineering on product ideas and direction to garner feedback Conduct design reviews of use cases and user product designs with Product Management, UX Design, Engineering and QA Work with Product Managers from the application teams to prioritize platform requirements and user stories for product features and functions needed by those teams Participate in scheduling, coordinating and planning releases with Program Management, UX Design, Documentation, Engineering and QA Teams Mentor Product Managers on defining MVP and controlling scope to ensure we deliver on the needs of the business across many markets, both established and early stage/developing Work with Product Managers to identify and track cross team dependencies and deliverables Drive the platform capabilities to meet the needs of partner and customer ecosystem where enterprise level applications are created and exchanged Provide regular status updates on the product direction and delivery against the roadmap Up to 20% travelrequired Skills and Requirements: 5+ years experience in Product Management 5+ years of management experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership Experience managing, prioritizing, and delivering a product portfolio to meet strategic goals Experience building and releasing scalable multi-tenant SaaS/cloud platforms and partnering with Engineering teams Experience in Agile processes Ability to manage people and processes Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, and ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives Understanding of technical architecture of complex and highly scalable platforms Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Capable of backing up team members by creating requirements documents and user stories when needed Experience with enterprise software: ERP, PLM, Workflow Systems, Document Management Systems Experience with internal technical customers such as engineering, professional services, and cloud operations as well as external development partners and customers Experience making difficult prioritization decisions History of on-time, quality delivery BS or MSdegree in Computer Science or related field Helpful Skills and Experience: Experience building or specifying platform systems such as SAP, Oracle, MatrixOne, Enovia, PegaSystems, Salesforce/Force.com, or SharePoint Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms Implementation or requirements definition experience with enterprise software GxP Best Practices Pharmaceutical industry knowledge Supply chain ID 2018-1342

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
