Duties & Responsibilities:
The Semiconductor Test Division of Teradyne , is looking for a Revenue Analyst/Accountant to oversee the division's worldwide revenue and accounting. The Revenue Analyst will play a lead role in the quarterly forecast and financial close processes.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Analyzing sales contracts to ensure worldwide revenues are accounted for according to US GAAP and SEC guidance under SAB 104.
Preparation of weekly sales/cogs product forecasts and actuals reports.
Key financial interface with Semiconductor Test Division's Sales and Operations groups to support the division's revenue plans.
Assist in the worldwide, quarterly revenue reporting, as well as providing support in quarter and year end SOX compliance reviews and audits.
Review and analysis of sales orders margins , including deferred revenue and deferred cogs accounts, in order to ensure proper timely revenue recognition.
Streamline systems and reporting tools to ensure efficient and proper classifications for reported revenue and cogs.
Provide analytical support and ad-hoc reporting and other projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:
4 year degree in accounting or finance
0-2 years of relevant experience.
Energy and personality to work in a dynamic environment across all levels of management and across business functions.
Strong analytic skills and able to think independently. Strong communications and organization skills.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with Oracle Financials 11i preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
