Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Snack Shack Attendant to join our team at Thomson Golf Club.
As a Snack Shack Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the snack Shack.
This is a great job for a high school/college student, or possibly a retiree.
Duties:
- Greet customers and take their orders with a smile - Prepare and serve a variety of snacks, beverages, and light meals - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Basic math skills for calculating totals and making change - Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor If you are enthusiastic about providing exceptional service in a snack bar setting, we encourage you to apply.
