Our Campus Recruiting Co-op works closely with a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators.
The Co-op is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon Robotics.
This candidate will have great organizational skills, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

Key job responsibilitiesAssist with building a well-rounded Campus Recruiting programCoordinate and attend Campus Recruiting events at targeted schools (Career Fairs, Tech Talks, Coding events).
Set up Booth and Displays, giveaways etc.
Develop relationships and attend events with current Intern and Co-op student populationSchedule interviewsWorking directly with candidates and hiring managersUpdating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hiresProviding follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and emailTracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly reportCoordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materialsIdentifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiencyAssisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
