Software Project Manager
At AutoGuide Mobile Robots we don't just work on components and parts, we create choreography for fleets of cooperative mobile robots. Our autonomous mobile robots are custom designed, from the first piece of steel to the last screw, to move around the biggest, most complex factory floors in the world. We're seeking big-picture thinkers to join our team. As a Software Technical Project Manager, you will join our global team building and maintaining tools that make it easier to develop software, ensure code health, and support our autonomous forklifts. We are looking for a Software TPM to keep our processes organized and timelines on track. The ideal Software TPM is a motivated, organized individual with excellent communication skills. You will track and coordinate project risks, timelines, and resources across global cross-functional teams. You'll spend your time working with fast-moving engineering teams while also making sure we start long lead time items on time to achieve our business goals. Responsibilities Work with internal teams to define requirements and schedules. Coordinate dependencies across Product and Project management. Organize project planning, weekly meetings, reports, and presentations. Drive day-to-day activities to meet project goals and deadlines. Deliver Agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users. Establish and monitor project schedules and risks. Manage, track, and prioritize bugs and general product improvements. Improve processes to help identify and mitigate project issues and risks. Clearly communicate project status, resource requirements, issues/blockers, and priorities. Basic Qualifications & Skills 3
years of experience with software development processes and tools. Experience with logistics or warehouse management a plus. Interest in industrial autonomous robotics. Love fun, startup environments and culture. Ability to navigate ambiguity in a global, fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple work threads to maximize impact. Comfort working with a global team. Willingness to be an Agile coach for other team members. Great time management, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter who has great attention to detail and a willingness to learn new subjects. Must be team-oriented and be able to lead productive multi-discipline meetings. Education Bachelors Degree desired or equivalent work experience.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
